2NSB The North Shore's FM99.3 is a community radio station based in Chatswood, Sydney. In May 2008 FM99.3 will have been broadcasting for 25 years. The station has been recognised as a provider of quality "rhythm and jazz" to listeners on Sydney's North Shore. From 2007, a new brand and strategic direction has seen the format stretch from trad and smooth jazz to funk, soul and blues, with a mix of nostalgia at certain times of the day to appeal to the wider community of listeners.

The station is funded by listener donations and sponsorship from local businesses across Sydney;s North Shore and greater Sydney area. It runs as a cooperative, managed by a board of nine Directors. Each board Director serves up to three years in office, with three Directors elected at each Annual General Meeting (November). There are as many as 120 volunteers who donate their own personal time to keep the radio station running through activities such as on-air presenting, technical support, program production, book keeping, general administration and even cleaning. There are two permanent members of staff; Station manager Barbara Peters and Ops Manager Andrew Reynolds.

Certain volunteer presenters have been with the station for many years, Doreen Holland, Noel Crowe, Dennis Rutzou, Jeannie McInnes, Nick Hammond, Bruce Potter, Richard Osborne, Georgina Reed, Sharon Thompson and The Sports Saturday Team ("Pistol" Pete Townsend, Dave "Greeeenie" Green and Lucien "The Luceman" Marlow). There are around 45 presenters across the course of any single week including David Campbell, Andrew (The Bear) Reynolds, Yvette Kaleel, Mark Lumley, Maria Fisher, Frank Presley, Peter Hislop, John Maizels, Kym Middleton, Ray Shoostovian, Joel Little, Katie Head, Oly Peterson, Frank Crisp and John Ogier and Richard Bell.
