The United States Air Force's 291st Combat Communications Squadron is an Air National Guard combat communications unit located at Keaukaha Military Reservation, Hawaii.

The 291st Combat Communication Squadron (291 CCS) installs and maintains telephone and computer networks as well as high frequency radio systems, administering and monitoring network security and operations and providing air traffic control.
