A 27A battery is 28 mm long and 8 mm in diameter, weighing around 4 grams. Output of alkaline batteries in this size is 12 volts, approx. 40 mA·h.
The battery is also classified as GP27A or MN27.
It is commonly used in very small electronic devices, such as car alarm remote controls.
