25/8 is an upcoming 2009 horror/thriller film, directed and written by Wes Craven. This is the first film since 1994’s New Nightmare that he will write and direct.[1] It tells the story of dead serial murderer who returns from the grave to kill the seven children who were born on the day he was killed fifteen years ago.[2]

In the small town of Riverton there is a legend that tells of a notorious serial slayer will return to finish off the seven children who were born on the night he ostensibly died fifteen years previous. But is the killer truly dead, or is he still at large? Or has the inexplicable evil personality that once impelled his bloody spree entered the body of an innocent teenager, who will now be obliged to do his evil bidding? [3]

Production on 25/8 began April 7, 2008. As of April 11, 2008, the movie is being filmed at the old Tolland High School in Tolland, Connecticut. Students from the high school are being used as extras in the movie. The film will star mostly children. The cast currently includes Max Thieriot, Denzel Whitaker, Shareeka Epps, Emily Meade, Nick Lashaway, John Magaro, Paulina Olszynski, and Raul Esparza. As of May 2, filming is taking place at the Bulls Bridge section of Kent, Connecticut. Also they are filming on Terrace Place in New Milford CT
