[edit] January 2007

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Montres allison, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. AzaToth 20:32, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

If this is an IP address, and it is shared by multiple users, ignore this warning if you did not make any unconstructive edits.

Thank you. Newt43 is posting false information as fact. His comments reference posts from websites that do not require proof and as such anybody can say anything on these sites without recourse. Newt43 is attempting to defame Montres Allison -- called criminal libel in 17 states. Take a look at the information he has provided and then look at the information he has removed. He conveniently posts completely negative false statements and refuses to include accurate statements.

The edits I have made have included information both good and bad about the company. Hopefully, you can see that I am posting what appears to be legitimate information while he is removing much of the legitimate information and adding illegitimate information.

His ability to edit this section should be removed. I respectfully request you do so.

[edit] Please do not remove

Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Montres allison. The notices and comments are needed to establish community consensus about the status of an article, and removing them is considered vandalism. If you oppose the deletion of an article, you may comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. Kuru talk 04:30, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Civility

Please ensure that any comments you are making follow Wikipedia's guidelines for civility. The comments you made regarding and towards other users at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Montres allison do not meet this criteria and can be contrued as hostile. Thank you --NMChico24 01:56, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

Thank you. The person about whom you referred, posted libelous information about Montres Allison and Terry Allison. If my tone seemed hostile to you, please understand that Newt43 caused any hostility that you are perceiving in my tone and comments. Repeating defamatory statements is not a defense against charges of civil nor criminal libel. He should not have continuously posted information about which he had no first hand knowledge and that he knew came from sources that were not accredited members of the press nor organizations well-repsected in the community for consumer complaints.

[edit] Rolex

Please do not add the US law directly into the Rolex article. Its not appropriate. First this biases the article. Second it only covers the US law. I should also warn you of Wikipedia's policy on revert warring which you are in danger of breaching. Thanks, Gwernol 18:40, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
