Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. It appears you have not followed this policy at Wicca. Please always observe our core policies. Thank you. -Severa (!!!) 02:13, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Wicca. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. -Severa (!!!) 02:50, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Wicca
I have a number of articles for different religions on my watchlist. I do not edit the content of these articles, I just monitor them, as they are prone to frequent changes. Under Wikipedia's NPOV policy, all articles should be written from a neutral point of view, which means that we don't take sides on an issue. Stating, conclusively, that an entire belief system is a "cult" would be taking a side, as what exactly defines a "cult" in this sense is subject to individual perspective. If you have concerns about the Wicca article, I'd suggest bringing them to the article's talk page, Talk:Wicca (here is a talk page guide if you'd like to know more about talk pages). I'm not familiar with this subject so I'm probably not the best person to ask about how to resolve any potential issues. -Severa (!!!) 07:54, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
