Welcome!

Hello, 24.84.29.108, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits to Poverty in Canada and Anti-Poverty Committee have not conformed to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV), and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me my talk page. Again, welcome!  Ckatzchatspy 18:00, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Signature_icon.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 01:14, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Vancouver Olympic Committee

Greetings. You can do your part as an honourable and nationalist Vancouverite by helping promote the Olympics in your community. How? Simple. You can hand out flyers or speak to local community leaders. You can also run in your local ridings. Many of our volunteers have found it effective to go to public spaces and talk in overly loud a voice saying such popular slogans like, "boy I certainly am excited the Olympics are coming to Vancouver. This city is so clean and homeless free." Other such advertisements like putting up posters like, "support a united China which includes Tibet" and "we can do whatever we want, we're the government" have also shown positive results.
