[edit] Link spammer
I believe this person may be a link spammer who's trying to boost the page rank of a couple of sites that host information about Internet protocols along with a lot of advertising.
But, I hesitate to go rip out all of their contributions because they might actually be useful, even if somewhat questionable at times. --Omnifarious | Talk 14:04, Sep 14, 2004 (UTC)
- He's at it again, and it's definitely linkspam — one link was added to Switch, not Network switch, which says to me he's not even reading the articles. Chuq rv'd most of his September links; I've got the ones he didn't get to then plus today's. Most of the problem links are in "javvin.com", although there are a few in "networkdictionary.com"; both are Google Adsense ad farms. See also this spam: [1] . — mendel ☎ 01:11, Nov 12, 2004 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
