[edit] Note

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. As a member of the Wikipedia community, I would like to remind you of Wikipedia's neutral-point-of-view policy for editors, which you appear to have violated at Chris Weinke. In the meantime, please be bold and continue contributing to Wikipedia. Thank you! --β·σ·μ·η·ς·γ 06:49, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Warning

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Chris Weinke. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. --β·σ·μ·η·ς·γ 06:58, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Another warning

Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did to Chris Weinke, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Gpohara 07:00, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

Geez...you're pushy. I was just seeing how this whole site works!!

OK, it is time for your joking to end. You are potentially offending people, both here in the Wikipedia community and the wider readership. What you are doing could be seen as vandalism or disruption and you could get blocked from editing Wikipedia for it. You might not get another warning before having a block imposed, so be careful and be serious from now on.

I already stopped. Maybe this is why it is bad idea to have an official resource that can be edited by anyone. What if I made a subtle change? How do you review that? See, I listened...I asked you what you do instead of changing something and waiting to see what happened... I'm getting better!!!

You're definitely not the worst vandal around here, so please don't think I have some sort of personal beef with you. I don't work for Wikipedia, so I'm not going to go off on how it's divine; trust me, it's not perfect. Nonetheless, there's enough tools around here for an individual to make sure subtle edits are taken care of so long as there's enough people checking the recent changes. I recommend you go into one of the "history" links at the top when you're at the article, and then using the "Compare Selected Versions" feature. It highlights exactly what's been changed between selected versions of articles, no matter how subtle.

As you've already been told, you can use the sandbox to play around with the code before making changes, but please do make sure that these changes are for the better, not for petty jokes, no matter how fun they might be. There's other wikis out there for that kind of thing. Thanks and enjoy. --Gpohara 07:36, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
