[edit] 50 Cent's Political Views
The following was copied from User talk:Rlk89
Exactly what grounds do you have for deleting the article that's already been double checked by 2 different Wikipedia watchdogs for neutrality? The article is well-sourced and factually accurate. If you can provide any links that contradict the article then, by all means, post them. However, the only explanation that you gave for deletion was a totally POV one. Don't bother editing articles if you're going to bring your own personal views and biases into it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.35.15.107 (talk • contribs) 03:23, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
- This information is false or just unsupported speculation. You're bringing your own personal views and biases into this artical, not me. And my grounds has been given, ou should check the notes before you post messages like this. (Rlk89 19:58, 17 June 2006 (UTC))
Can you please cite a source for Cytherea being called the "female Peter North"? If you can, please add it to the article. Thank you. -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 18:38, 19 December 2005 (UTC)

You need to cite your sources before you add in the statements into 50 Cent article. If you choice to add information to challenge politcial views instead of music use it for the support. You are using weasel words when describing 50 Cent. Please cite your sources. Thanks for your cooperation. Note: The rapper said that he would support Bush for the fact that this man is not a snitch. Despite of all the controversies the president gets into since he been in office, it's been tight-lipped, guns, vile and violence. Not saying politics but that's what 50 Cent meant. It's basically why he said what he said. It's pretty much irrelevent towards the article.LILVOKA. 23:34 5 June 2006 (UTC)
- BTW, I'll just keep re-posting it, LILVOKA. I've already had a Wikipdeia watchdog say that what I posted passes as NPOV and acceptable for Wikipedia standards. You still haven't provided any proof that what I posted is false and un-true. All you do is say that you know that 50 Cent didn't mean it like that. How the hell do you know? Do you talk to him or something? As I said before, if you can post a credible link that says what you say he says then DO SO ALREADY. If you can't then back the fuck up.
[edit] Edit to 50 Cent
Hi, I've reverted your edit to this article as, although it was sourced, it was not written in a neutral point of view. You're need to either write this in a neutral way or put the information on the articles talk page and let others reformat it and put in the main article. - Peripitus (Talk) 07:51, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
- How isn't it neutral? It's very neutral. Please be specific so at least I know what to do about it.
- Check now - I've edited your text, put it neutrally and added back to the article. Probably still needs a link to what the racial controversy was ( if there is an article on wikipedia ? ) - Peripitus (Talk) 08:15, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
- I like your revision. For the time being, I'm just going to let it stay the way it is. If and when I decide to revise your edit then I'll be sure to be as neutral as humanly possible.
- This sort of article is a hard one to stay neutral on. As you can see from reading it's full of weasel words which is indicative of the strong feeling of editors. Peripitus (Talk) 06:52, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
- Why the hell was the 50 Cent/politics section removed? It is factual and unbiased. People should be prevented from deleting something like that when the only reason they sight for deletion is the fact that they don't believe it to be true. I keep challenging those people to provide proof to the contrary and not a single person has been able to do so. Can you do something about this? I would do it on my own but you certainly have a much higher status on Wikipedia than I do.
-
- Don't know why the section was removed - I've replaced it today. From looking at the edits and talk-page comments of the removing user, they are clearly new to wikipedia and learning the ropes. Everyone is encouraged to be bold which means making big edits and sometimes big mistakes. Not to worry - everything is reversable - if you get too frustrated on one article, stop and pick another, come back to the first one in a week or so. Two hints - sign your posts with ~~~~ which datestamps them and makes the conversation easier to follow. Secondly If you press the Sign in button and create a username you get more anonymity ( at the moment I can tell from which country/state you're editing from ) and can create new articles. Happy editing ~ - Peripitus (Talk) 08:51, 10 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Your last warning
You are being subjected to being requested for comment for inappropriate behavior. You are not following the rules of Wikipedia. You are not trying to keep articles neutral, attack others as myself and failure to cite sources. Please try to work creatively when working edits on Wikipedia. Please do not show your bias towards any article. Therefore, if you choose to continue the behavior, you will be reported to administrators for your actions and therefore be blocked from editing Wikipedia. LILVOKA 3 July 2005 14:33 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Reparations for slavery, are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thanks. Ucanlookitup 03:29, 11 July 2006 (UTC)

- Alleging an incestuous relationship without supporting facts is vandalism and could also get the foundation sued. Cite a source or leave it out. Baseball,Baby! balls•strikes 23:28, 13 July 2006 (UTC)

- Setting aside for a moment that the 'Allegations of racism' section has fourteen citations and debunks it in the end... we're talking about your edit. This one. Not edits by others. As I said above, you're trying to insert a rumor, and a rumor that uses weasel words at that. This isn't a rumor site. Unless you can cite a source - a verifiable source - it doesn't go here.
This is the only warning you will receive. Your recent vandalism to Allan Lichtman will not be tolerated. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. If you feel that the edit I reverted should not have been reverted, please contact me. --Chris (talk) 01:33, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
