I don't have a problem with the merging of the two articles. The Initial Benchmark Assessment Report article is quite small and if I understand correctly quite dated as well. But the information could still be of some use if the article were to be absorbed into the larger Report to Congress on the Situation in Iraq article.--Lucky Mitch (talk) 02:37, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
