Hi. I see you have been adding an external link in the Myofascial Release article (as in this edit). Since the content is not covered in the article, it is more appropriate to summarize the content and use the external link as a source. This is because Wikipedia is dedicated to building up an open content encyclopedia and content that is on other websites is not released under the GFDL.
