And You think adding a section on reliability is unbiased as wikipedia should be? That was one customer.

The information constantly added by this IP is factually incorrect and represents a single opinion. The same opinion could be held of any technology and should not form part of an article about the company or technology. Please make no further edits to this article that do not comply with Wikipedia rules. Also attempting to disclose information about a companies internal situation whether accurate or otherwise, is also in breach of any confidentiality agreement that would need to be completed before having access to such information.
