From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As they say in the movies, "oh be-have". Seriously, though, we are trying to write an encyclopedia here, so don't make joke edits. Some readers looking for a serious article might not find them amusing. Remember, millions of people read Wikipedia, so we have to take what we do a bit seriously here. If you'd like to experiment with editing, try the sandbox, where you can write whatever you want (as long as it's not offensive).

Please do not remove warnings from your talk page and/or replace it with offensive content. Blanking your talk page will not remove the warnings from the page history. If you continue to blank your talk page, you will lose your privilege of editing your talk page. Thanks. --Ichiro (会話|+|投稿記録|メール) 23:32, 24 February 2006 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. - Ichiro (会話|+|投稿記録|メール) 23:56, 24 February 2006 (UTC)

Please stop adding nonsense to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you were just trying to experiment, then use the sandbox instead. Thank you. Image:Monkeyman.pngMonkeyman(talk) 03:01, 25 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Price is Right Game Pages

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Csjoiner 02:40, 26 February 2006 (UTC)

You're right, it wasn't vandalism. What do you have against Barker? Why remove the links referring Barker's name back to his article? I'd like to know. — Ian Manka Talk to me‼ 03:55, 26 February 2006 (UTC)

I feel itreally isn't necessary, after all, almost every American who watches TV knows who he is.

But Wikipedia is not for Americans only! Wikipedia is not meant to be America-centric, but rather, a world-wide reference and collaboration. I spent forty-five minutes reverting your edits to include the link. Barker's link is necessary for users who do not know who Barker is. As for vandalism, you did add some nonsense about Chuck Norris when removing the Barker links. Any other explanation you'd like to share? — Ian Manka Talk to me‼ 04:01, 26 February 2006 (UTC)

{{unblock}}

Request denied. No reasoning found. (ESkog)(Talk) 17:55, 27 February 2006 (UTC)

If it's for the Price games articles, then please unblock me. If not, then let it be.

  • You were warned several times and vandalized many pages after it was made clear that your behavior was unwanted. Your block should be close to expiration anyway; when it does, you are welcome to return as a positive contributor. (ESkog)(Talk) 23:45, 27 February 2006 (UTC)
Well, if it was the pricing gmae articles, then I insist the block be removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.207.210.139 (talkcontribs)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Category talk:Wikipedia:Inappropriate username blocks, are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thanks. (ESkog)(Talk) 22:35, 2 March 2006 (UTC)

(removed warning tag) However -- be warned that in this case, according to NullC on IRC "I think it's okay, but it's a little stark with so few other links." You may be right, but in this case, it's safe to leave the links to Bob Barker in. Thanks for your edits, and I hope you continue to edit Wikipedia. Questions, refer to my talk page. — Ian Manka Talk to me‼ 03:47, 7 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Unblock

Hello? Why does FireFox call it his "vandalism box"?

This doesn't permit you to make personal attacks against him.--Adam (talk) 03:51, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
No personal attacks against users unblock denied -- Tawker 03:51, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

How was I making a personal attack?

Calling Firefox a "peice of shit" - what do you interpret it as, it sure looks like a personal attack to me -- Tawker 03:54, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

Well, is he "our president"?

Unblock denied!.

[edit] Billy Wilder/Blanks

...Billy Blanks has his own article, y'know -- why not work on that, rather than defacing poor Billy Wilder's?--Marysunshine 03:25, 4 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Request to block

Per the last-warning request above, I have placed a notice at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents requesting this IP be blocked for its cumulative vandalism culminating in the 23:48, 9 June 2006 defacing at Over_the_Hedge_(film)#Voice_cast. -- Tenebrae 00:29, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
