[edit] Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Here are some other hints and tips:

  • I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
  • When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.

If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my Talk page, or type {{helpme}} on this talk page and a user will help you as soon as possible. I will answer your questions as far as I can. Again, welcome!

Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian. ~ ONUnicorn (Talk / Contribs) 20:44, 5 September 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for experimenting with the page Aryan Nations on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you may want to do. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. WJBscribe (WJB talk) 00:13, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] No vandalism allowed

Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to The Order (group). It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you.

[edit] Race and intelligence

I agree with a lot of the criticisms you've raised. Please keep in mind that this article is the result of a merger of many other articles and we're working on pruning it down to a more manageable size. We need help doing this so if you could make some more specific suggestions that would be great. If you feel there is a better way to contextulize the IQ scores in particular people be bold and show us how you would do it. Keep in mind, however there is an NPOV policy and we are obligated to show all side of the debate in proportion to their acceptance in main stream science. It could be that some aspects of this article give undue weight to certain theories? What do you think? (please respond at the talk page of the article) futurebird 22:59, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Signature_icon.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 02:42, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
