The support staff of Rick Blatter for Mayor of Laval is learning how to use Wikipedia. Please be patient with us as we learn how to work with this tool and counteract vandals such as Weregerbil who hides behind alias names.
- Please do not make this an election forum - any such postings will be removed as has your last one. Brookie :) - a collector of little round things! (Talk!) 07:49, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] LAVAL, Québec
Dear Brookie: this is not an election form. It is HISTORY and FACT.
Wikipedia purports to promote user input and not biased brainwashing as you are trying to uphold. FACT is FACT whether you want to look at the ugly reality or not. Perhaps you have political motivations for not diseminating the truth, and perpetuating a lie. This is not the mandate of wikipedia. Wikipedia is about fact and PARTICIPATION by everyone. If you have a problem with fact an reality we can go higher.
- As the mayoral election is being pushed here it is an election issue; I know nothing of Canadian politics - we just don't want Wikipedia peddling partisan election manifestos thank you! Brookie :) - a collector of little round things! (Tal

- I don't what your phantom post to my talk page was about and the comment about abusing protection - what exactly are you talking about - I ahven't pretected any live pages for quite a while? Please also note that you are close to breaching the 3R rule on the Laval page - if you do expect a cooling off block. Brookie :) - a collector of little round things! CORRECTION: INFORMATION is being «peddled». That is what wikipedia and the internet is about: unbiased information. If you would like to REWRITE what I wrote in «unpolitical» terms you may do so. But please do not censor. This is not your mandate, and you need to clean up your language.
We do not have time to play games. We'll make a report.
[edit] Time to cool off I think
As you have now vandalised my user page, I have blocked you for 24 hours - go and have a cup of tea and cool off. Brookie :) - a collector of little round things! (Talk!) 15:35, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Just a note to explain things a little
First off please read Wikipedia's guidelines. Wikipedia is not a soapbox, Don't disrupt Wikipedia to illustrate a point, Use Wikiquette when contributing, or discussing with other users, on the subject of other users do not personally attack other users as your actions have proven, and lastly assume good faith.
Wikipedia users are from around the globe, Great Britian, Norway, United States, Mexico, Canada, etc, most of them have no grudge with Mr. Rick Blatter, however some believe (as per the Article for Deletion nomination) that the article presented was in an effort to use Wikipedia as a means to get the point across to citizens of Laval,Quebec. This is against the policies that MANY users abide by on daily basis.
Personally I would have no qualms if the article was renamed, and presented in a way that put forth both side of the argument, with a small bio about each person in the same article, and correctly cited references so that others may verify the facts presented (as you continue to talk about).
PS making comments towards administrators such as the ones you have, will get you blocked, or banned quickly. Jwestbrook 17:37, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
