From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Before you do any more editing of Wikipedia, there are a few things you need to learn:

1) Turn off your Caps Lock. TYPING LIKE THIS IS REGARDED AS SHOUTING and the main thing you're saying is "I'm an idiot, delete me".

2) Learn proper English, e.g. "members" instead of "memberz". Again, trying to look "cool" (==stupid) will merely get your posts deleted.

3) Get your facts right. Wikipedia is only for encyclopaedic content, i.e. things you know are true; not original research, baseless speculation, or wild allegations such as the one you added to the Talk:Bomberman page where you claimed of Bomberman and Eric and the Floaters that "they're two separate games" when in fact anyone who's played both (as I have) knows that they're (exactly as claimed) the same game under two different names (although Bomberman is more developed, as is to be expected of the later version). Did I mention the danger of being deleted already? :-)

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 11:32, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
