This IP Address is the public internet address of School District 93 near Idaho Falls, Idaho. Therefore all vandalism from this IP adress is difficult to track, as thousands of students and teachers browse from it. It would be best to block this IP address permanently. Sad how just a few people cause this privilage to be removed for everyone.
