Thanks for the meesage regarding this page. Any editor is able to remove the cleanup tags from the page if they feel the concerns raised by the tags have been addressed and other editors do not disagree. In the case of disagreement it should be discussed on the talk page of the article. Just because the AFD has been closed, without the article being deleted, does not mean that the article does not require further cleanup - in this case I would suggest it does still need editing to give a more neutral point of view, needs secondary sources and further terms in the article require wikifying.
