The 21st Utah Senate District is located in Davis County and includes Utah House Districts 11, 13, 14, 15 and 16. The current State Senator representing the 21st district is Sheldon L. Killpack. Killpack was appointed to the Utah Senate in 2003 and was subsequently elected in 2004 and is up for re-election in 2008.
