21 Astor Place is a historic building in New York City. It is being redeveloped by ElAd Properties.
The building was constructed in 1892. It is located in Greenwich Village, in the south part of the trapezoid-shaped block bounded by Broadway, Astor Place, Eighth Street and Lafayette Street.
