Image:Info-pictogram.png Attention Admins:

This IP is shared by all users on MaxOnline, StarHub Cable Vision Ltd, i.e. 300,000 people are using this ISP, it being Singapore's largest broadband ISP. Please consider this before you block! There are vandals using this ISP as can be seen on this talk page, but also many legitimate and registered users that WILL be blocked if you block this IP fully. Please be considerate and only block for repeated and ongoing vandalism, and please ensure to block anonymous users only.

This IP has more users than each AOL IP, and each user uses each IP only once per page view; this is a shared proxy/filter/block censoring some sites for Singaporean users.

Image:Info-pictogram.png To the user:
If you are an unregistered user operating from this address, note that this is the IP address of a proxy server that communicates between your browser and the Wikimedia servers. The proxy is shared among a huge number of users. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself.

Please do not edit other people's user pages (as you did with Hoary ) unless it specifically states you may do so, and even then, you do so in good faith that you will not vandalize it or add inappropriate content. Your recent revision removed information, and added gibborish HTML code. Your edits have been reverted. Because this IP address is shared by many, please consider making your own User Account, so you will not be punished for any actions by other users. ArielGold 07:01, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "As the comment at the top of the IP address page explains, this is Starhub's proxy server, 300,000 people are stuck using it, and there are bound to be a few idiots who can't resist doing stupid things. Every single time in the last year I've tried to just quick-edit a page I've found the IP address blocked by one or other of the wikipedia admins. I have an account, but it's extremely galling to find the blocked page and have to log in to make a 2-line edit. The current block is more than 5 weeks long, that's excessive, most idiots make one or two stupid edits and then go back to high school, blocking 299,999 people for 5 weeks because of the actions of one moron is excessive, a day or two would be just fine. If wikipedia wishes to support anonymous edits then blocking obviously shared IPs for weeks is unreasonable, if you want everyone who edits to have an account, that's fine with me, but if you're going to support anonymous edits, stop blocking whole countries because of the actions of a few people. Alternatively start running wikipedia on a different port than 80 which would allow people to avoid proxy servers and expose their real IP address"

Decline reason: "Sorry, but this request has been declined. Please Login or Register an account to begin editing — nat.utoronto 18:36, 1 January 2008 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Signature_icon.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 11:05, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Nan Hua High School do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: '\bblogspot\.com' (link(s): http://www.nhitmc.blogspot.com/) . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thorougly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creators copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! XLinkBot (talk) 10:24, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. Please remember to observe our core policies. Dwilso (talk) 17:06, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
