I noticed your point on Wikipedia: Articles for deletion/Natasha Collins and, though I agree with it, I think it would carry more weight if you sign in. I am kinda new, too, editing under a ip and recently signing in. You can create pages if you do this, as well as editing semi-protected pages when you stay here long enough.
