From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Welcome, and thank you for your attempt to lighten up Wikipedia. However, this is an encyclopedia and the articles are intended to be serious, so please don't make joke edits, as you did to Gok Wan. Readers looking for serious articles will not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, try the sandbox, where you can write (almost) whatever you want. Thank you.--Ispy1981 19:57, 1 May 2007 (UTC)

The recent edit you made to Gok Wan constitutes vandalism, and has been reverted. Please do not continue to vandalize pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thanks – Gurch 20:32, 1 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Ellesmere Port

Sorry. I misread what you wrote the first time, and the warning was inappropriate, which is why I have removed it. I do, however, think it is better to state the town aspect first, before the port, which is what you have now done. My apologies.  DDStretch  (talk) 19:06, 5 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] May 2007

Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Eurovision Song Contest. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Spellcast 11:36, 12 May 2007 (UTC)

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Bryan Telfer. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. -- Matthew_hk tc 12:08, 15 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] An Automated Message from HagermanBot

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 17:59, 15 May 2007 (UTC)

I have reverted all of your edits to English counties that had not already been reverted by other editors. Every one of those articles already contained the information you added. You may be interested in the UK Geography WikiProject, which has information about how county articles should be formated. Thanks, Joe D (t) 23:55, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Religion in France, you will be blocked from editing. Cordless Larry 21:49, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

Thanks, although you won't find a reference saying that 65 per cent of people in the UK regularly attend religious ceremonies because that's simply not the case. Cordless Larry 22:23, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you delete or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia, as you did to Aari language, you will be blocked from editing. Cordless Larry 19:18, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
