Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to SQL . It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to Apache Derby, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing anyone from linking to them from all of Wikipedia. Kuru talk 04:03, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
How can you decide to blacklist a site based on an IP address that's used by many people? Looking at some of the items on this page it looks like different people have added information over time.
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
