This user has remotely logged into the "Library Connection" network, which is (no effin' lie) under active surveillance by the USDept of Homeland Suckurity, and anybody messing around may be traced by the feds. Blocking the IP set will only inconvenience hundreds of innocent users, and I'll only be here for 20 minutes today.
