Attention:
This IP address, 216.220.101.115, is registered to Evergreen Presbyterian Church, and may be shared by multiple users. If the organization uses proxy servers or firewalls, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.
For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block may be shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please see here.
If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user. Alternatively, you can list the IP at Wikipedia:WikiProject on XFFs.
Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.
Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation. |
IT staff who want to monitor vandalism from this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.
|
CheckUser evidence has determined that this IP address (or network) has been used abusively.
This address (or network) has been blocked temporarily or permanently to prevent further abuse. |
In extreme cases, an entire network may be blocked to prevent an abusive user from continually changing their IP address in order to evade blocks or abusing multiple accounts. If you are a registered user and are seeing this message, please follow these instructions.
Administrators: CheckUsers are privy to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy, and therefore must be consulted before this block can be removed.

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.
Request reason: "This is a shared IP address. Could you make the block anonymous only and not permanent?"
Decline reason: "It already is anonymous-only, and unfortunately my impression is that the rationale for the block is pretty solid -- especially considering any checkuser involvement. In the meantime, you can register an account from an outside web connection, such as your local library, or email unblock-en-l and ask someone to register an account on your behalf. Once you have an account, you'll be able to log in and edit from this IP. Apologies for the inconvenience. – Luna Santin (talk) 22:03, 11 March 2007 (UTC)"
Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

Request reason: "This is a shared IP of a church. WHY IS THE BLOCK INDEFINITE!?! I SEE ABOVE WHY BUT INDEF BLOCKS ARE TOO LONG FOR SHARED IP!!! THERE ARE MORE THAN 100 USERS USING THIS IP ADDRESS, AND LET THE BLOCKING ADMIN BE THE ONE REVIEWING THIS REQUEST!!!"
Decline reason: "The unblock template is not to be used to contact the blocking admin. Please email the blocking admin directly. Given the severe vandalism from this address and given that you have offered no evidence this would never happen again, I am declining the unblock. — Yamla 19:58, 3 June 2007 (UTC)"
Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.
- A softer and temporary block would be much better. 216.220.101.115 20:11, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
- Btw, Redux is gay.
- YES! This block is no longer indefinite! It will expire in 3 months! w00T! But it is not anonymous only :-<
| This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
