If this is the case, then what rights does a homeowner have to peacefull domain inside his or her own home? A homeowner has the right to have and maintain a peacefull home, without anyone being inside the home and harrassing them in any way. If some one whether allowed to enter or not is asked to leave, and they refuse, then they are criminally tresspassing in your home/ on your property. If you cant get to a phone to call the "so called" police, then it should be your right to throw them out, or remove them from your home. Is thiis not a reasonable deduction? If the tresspasser blocks you access to phone to call "law enforcement", and is inside your home, and they are harrassing you, and they refuse to leave, then the homeowner should have every right to remove them from home. How can this not be right and legal?
