[edit] Kutless info
Hi, I wanted to ask you a question about some information you added to the Kutless article. You recently had edited the article to include that "To Know that You're Alive" will be the title for their new album, as well as the first single from the album. I'm sure that's probably true info (and I also noticed that you mentioned on the Kutless talk page that Jon Micah had confirmed it), but there's no reference in the article to cite that information.
Could you please give me a link to where you found the info? Preferably, something in writing and not from an unofficial source, such as a blog. That way, the info about the upcoming release of To Know That You're Alive is referenced and can be kept on the article. Otherwise, if there was no reference for it, it would have to be deleted from the article, since info on Wikipedia needs to be verifiable.
And by the way, I noticed that you've made a lot of good contributions, and I wanted to say thanks a lot for those! Also, since you seem to be a relatively active editor, you may want to consider creating an account--there's benefits from creating an account, such as personalizing your own userpage with a unique username, creating new articles, as well as gaining further respect from others through a history of good edits. Wikipedia could always use another registered user who makes good edits.
Let me know about the Kutless info! :) Thanks. --JamieS93 15:40, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
i have no idea how to contact you back so hopefully you'll see this. first off, thanks for the compliment. i don't have an 'official' source for the info i added, but on the official kutless forum, one of the members attended a show recently and got a chance to talk to jon. according to him, and there's no reason to believe he'd fabricate anything, he said jon said that the new song and the title of the cd will be called 'to know that you're alive.'
the forum i'm referring to is kutlessrocks.com and the user i'm referring to is 'Kutless-Inspired'. not sure what other info i can provide you so that the info can stay, but i hope this helps. thanks again.

- Thanks for providing that info. I'm afraid that it won't suffice, though; second-hand news through an online message board just isn't adequate for a citation, according to Wikipedia's verifiability guidelines for citations. When searching the web, however, I do see references to a video(s) where the band plays the new title-track song. I'm going to go ahead and leave the info in the article with the "citation needed" tag for a little while. I'll keep an eye out for a suitable citation, because I don't think what we have right now is enough to use as a reference. I'll use exclusivekutless.com as a ref for the release date, though. Thanks again, and I'll see what I can do to keep the info there. --JamieS93 13:34, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
