Attention:

This IP address, 213.48.46.141, is registered to The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames http://www.kingston.gov.uk/, and may be shared by multiple users. If the organization uses proxy servers or firewalls, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block may be shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user. Alternatively, you can list the IP at Wikipedia:WikiProject on XFFs.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation.
IT staff who want to monitor vandalism from this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

The edit in question appears to be good faith, if poorly sourced, and you should continue to be bold in editing wikipedia. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ikanreed (talkcontribs) .

[edit] Racist taunts made from this address - please block this site

I would like to report that the following anonymous comments were posted from this address on the Talk:Jat page and request that an editor block this site again as it seems to be a regular source of vandalism.

The racist comments I am referring to were posted in response to some remarks I had made. They are:

"Who should we believe a westerners view of Indian history or an Indians view.Western historians have often made claims without any facts eg scythians were blonde blue eyed europeans etc without question."

My reply to this unknown author may be seen on the Talk:Jat page. Thank you. John Hill 23:14, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

This statement was not racist. It just points out that the sources quoted where not reliable. .... added at 15:48, 9 January 2007 by 82.198.250.11

Difficult to know what to do here. Clearly this IP number is used by twits. It's also probably used by people who aren't twits. -- Hoary 22:37, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
True, but those who are not twits can create IDs to edit.  :) --EarthPerson 22:39, 8 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] An Automated Message from HagermanBot

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 17:21, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
