[edit] IP-Adress
According to [1] this IP-Adress is assigned to the Peterborough (UK) City Council (Town Hall). Someone over there seems to have a nice hobby of vandalising pages here over and over .... --Denniss 10:51, 21 October 2005 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopaedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Benito Mussolini, are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thanks. -- (drini's page|☎) 12:00, 21 October 2005 (UTC)#
[edit] Info on this address
This address, although registered to Peterborough council, is the outgoing IP of all of Peterborough's Secondary Schools. Therefor it is unlikely to be anyone specficly in the town hall, rather its more likely to be a student with to much time on his/her hands...... It is probally best that this IP is banned from editing wikipedia, however it is important that students are able to access this resource. - ICT Support Ken Stimpson Community School
- AFAIK there's no complete access ban but only a write ban. Thus you are able to access/read but not able to edit/write. --Denniss 16:41, 21 October 2005 (UTC)
- That would be great - It would prevent abuse from students but still allow access to this valueable resource. - ICT Support Ken Stimpson Community School

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
