Thankyou Navou, Luna Santin. I'm still having problems editing though. I'm no longer listed as blocked in Special:Contributions/213.228.241.143 or Special:Ipblocklist, so I have no idea why that might be. My block is listed as being by User:Proxy_blocker and is always set to expire at the current time.
I'm going to add another unblock request despite the above warning in the hope of getting somebody's attention. If there is a better way to do this, please let me know. Thanks. 213.228.241.143 02:23, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
