because it's not true. ljotic and nedic developed "three finger in junction" salute ( http://www.czipm.org/Grafika/Foto/triprsta01.jpg & http://www.czipm.org/Grafika/Foto/triprsta04.jpg ), which is not the present wide spreades nad up mentioned popular salute.
