This IP address, 213.18.249.4, is registered to Research Machines UK which provides a service called Internet for Learning to several schools and public libraries in the UK, and is shared by multiple users. Following repeated abuse of editing priviliges from this IP, and to prevent further vandalism, an extended block has been placed in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy, until such time as a better technological solution is available.
