Even though I do consider justified the blocking, the ponit is that this is an IP from the Generalitat de Catalunya (government of Catalonia), Education department, which means that students of primary and secondary education have access to it. Blocking the IP avoids vandals, but leaves teachers as me without access to the wiki either. And even though I usually edit in ca.wikipedia.org, user Wamba, I've found myself today without being able to edit anything.
