sure it is constructive. the guy has been banned for spamming it.wikipedia with copyvio and original research on his allegedly noble family, as well as vandalism on other "noble" families. the list of his sockpuppets is on http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Utenti_problematici/Mlupis/SP including one (Vostradamus) looking suspiciously similar to Nosferamus.
