[edit] Obsessive edits
Dates do not need to changed if properly formatted (and most that you have changed were). First you need to create an account for youself - it is quick and free. Having done that you will be able to state your preference for date formatting. Thus June 9, 2005 (view this note under edit) displays to me as 2005 June 9 because that is how I like to see dates.
I do not like to see "metres" changed to "m". "m" causes a momentary mental pause - 'is this miles or metres'. What does the Wikipedia:Manual of Style say?

Once again, you do not need to reorder dates -- the software will take care of it. Also the date style of Wikipedia is to have a comma between the day and the year see here. Evil Monkey∴Hello 07:25, Jun 17, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Birds
The wikipedia agreed convention is that all bird species are capitalised, so I've rv your changes. jimfbleak 06:30, 28 November 2005 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
