210 Trade is a 601 feet (183 m) tall skyscraper under construction in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is part of the EpiCentre complex that will be completed in 2008. 210 Trade will have 53 floors. The EpiCentre project will have a movie theater, restaurants, bars, shops, four floors of parking, five floors of offices and retail topped by 210 Trade with 44 residential floors. It will be connected to Uptown's Overstreet Mall and Bank of America Plaza by a skywalk over South College Street. It will be the tallest residential building in the Carolinas, and have the second highest floor count after the Bank of America Corporate Center. It is located to the Charlotte Bobcats Arena, and was proposed for the site once occupied by the Old Charlotte Convention Center.
