From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The article Penguin project has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki 16:46, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Please stop

Please stop throwing all those tags around in various articles. If you think an article needs cleaning up, you should explain why on the articles talk page. Thanks! Shanes 14:50, 16 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Graal (game)

Please do not add the {{protected}} tag to a page. Doing so does not protect the page, but is very misleading to other editors. Only administrators can protect or unprotect a page. Your "message" to admins on Graal (game) was also inappropriate. Articles should only be about the subject of the article, and are not the right place to leave messages for other editors - that's what the talk page is for.

Finally the Graal (game) article currently does not show why Graal is notable enough to warrant a Wikipedia article. You need to cite two or more independent, reliable sources that show the game is notable. If you do not do this the article is likely to be deleted. Thanks, Gwernol 12:28, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

I have proposed Graal (game) for deletion. This means you have five days to improve the article, and in particular provide proper sources that show it is notable, before it is deleted. Given the lack of any assertion of notability in the article it could be deleted immediately, but I have decided to give you the opportunity to improve the article instead. Good luck, Gwernol 12:44, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
