How is it vandalism? It is a clear description and popular characterization within Ireland. This is a fairly well known character depicting American attitude within Northern Ireland. This character has been placed the cartoon section within the Belfast telegraph many times. As such I believe this to be an appropriate addition to the wikipedia definition of yokel (redirected form hick) With this knowledge in light could you please stop removing it and calling it vandalism. It is no more than a constructive addition to the definition with regards to the Irish perspective. Is it possible to allow this definition now and replace it within the wikipedia section?
