[edit] Your recent edits

I assume your are the same user as user:209.247.21.237, right ? If not, please stop revert and read WP:MOSNUM#binary_prefixes. Thanks.‎ Sarenne 18:50, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

No,I'm not the same person. However, if you stop reverting so will we.We greatly out number you and we will always be here to make sure the Wikipedia articles remain as they were. Thank you for your time.209.244.42.180 18:57, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
Wikipedia guidelines are made by consensus and you are acting against this consensus without trying to discuss it and to gather a new consensus. Thus, there is no reason to accept your reverts. Sarenne 19:03, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

I believe I am quoting this word for word (as did the other user)

  • This Manual of Style, like all style guides, attempts to encourage consistency and ease of reading. The guidelines here are just that: guidelines are not inflexible rules; one way is often as good as another, but if everyone does it the same way, Wikipedia will be easier to read, write and edit.

New contributors are reminded that clear, informative and unbiased writing is always more important than presentation and formatting.

You are also on the verge of violating the WP:3RR Have a nice day.209.244.42.180 19:13, 11 February 2007 (UTC) I have to agree the pages for PC's should reflect the Articles citation and referances.

i have to say i agree the articles that are written first as mb should stay mb and so on mib is not common and..well my computer does not say it and i have a mac pro.209.244.42.179 19:33, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

It's starting to smell like socks around here, especially when I do a reverse lookup on the various IP's involved in these actions and look at the "incoming" knowledge of policy and editing. Whoever you are, there was not consensus to change the MOS, and I urge you to stop acting against it unilaterally. Seraphimblade Talk to me Please review me! 19:34, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

Socks?lol thats funny. There are 247 people in our dorm and if it's change you want change we can give you. This is a prime example of why Wikipedia is taken as a joke NOWHERE on this planet have I seen a screw up as this.209.247.23.17 19:41, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

Ah, your dorm! Actually, that would be meatpuppetry, not sockpuppetry. Sorry about that! (Of course, that's against the rules as well.) Seraphimblade Talk to me Please review me! 19:45, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

WP:MEATPUPPET A related issue occurs when multiple individuals create brand new accounts specifically to participate in, or influence, a particular vote or area of discussion. This is common in deletion discussions or controversial articles. These newly created accounts, or anonymous edits, may be friends of another editor, may be related in some way to the subject of an article under discussion, or may have been solicited by someone to support a specific angle in a debate. Wikipedians also call such user accounts single-purpose accounts, because whereas committed Wikipedians are usually active on a range of articles, and their aim is to see a balanced growth in articles and in the encyclopedia as a whole, single-purpose accounts come to Wikipedia with one agenda.

These accounts are often described as "meatpuppets", a name perhaps inspired by the band of the same name. They are often difficult to distinguish from real sock puppets and are treated similarly. Neither a sock puppet nor a single-purpose account holder is regarded as a member of the Wikipedia community. The Arbitration Committee has ruled that, for the purpose of dispute resolution, when there is uncertainty whether a party is one user with sock puppets, or several users acting as meatpuppets, they may be treated as one individual.

We don't fit this category.Sorry.209.247.23.17 19:50, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia.
