Welcome!

Hello 209.244.31.187, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy, and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  Bushcarrot (Talk·Desk) 19:33, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding edits made during December 30, 2006 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Ed Cole, are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. If this is an IP address, and it is shared by multiple users, ignore this warning if you did not make any unconstructive edits. John254 19:34, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on contributors; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Rockpocket 19:50, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our neutral point of view policy will not be tolerated.Canadian-Bacon 20:02, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] April 2007

Woah there, buddy! — that kind of edit is completely unacceptable. I suggest you avoid that kind of remark in the future, since remarks like that will get you banned for extremely long periods of time. Wikipedia does not need people who get angry at such trivial things. As a bonus, you might consider removing your offensive edit, and possibly apologizing. Until then, you're getting a big yellow flag from me. V-Man - T/C 00:21, 20 April 2007 (UTC)

As the 'victim' here - I would add that the comment this user left on my talk page was quite utterly incomprehensible. I've never edited any article containing any of the terms I'm accused of botching and the terms I'm supposed to have not done my homework over don't appear related to one another in any way?!? Yeah - I would recommend some kind of disciplinary action for this person. SteveBaker 00:55, 20 April 2007 (UTC)

Please do not add unhelpful and unconstructive content to Wikipedia, as you did to Harley-Davidson. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. — ERcheck (talk) 01:08, 20 April 2007 (UTC)

Please do not attack other editors, which you did here: User talk:SteveBaker. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. SteveBaker 03:07, 20 April 2007 (UTC)

This is your last warning. If you continue to make personal attacks on other people, you will be blocked for disruption. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Rockpocket 03:13, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
