Due to persistent vandalism (see edit log), editing by anonymous users from your school, library or institution's IP address may be currently disabled. You continue to have full access to read the encyclopedia. If you are logged in but still unable to edit, please follow these instructions. To prevent abuse, account creation via this IP address is probably also disabled.
If editing is required for class projects, please have your teacher or network administrator contact us (with reference to this IP address) at unblock-en-l from an email address listed on your school's website. Alternatively, if you have no Internet access at home, you may email us using your school-issued email address, telling us your preferred username. An account will be created for you. Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions.
Currently, you are editing without a username. You can continue to do so, as you are not required to log in to Wikipedia to read and edit articles; however, logging in will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is 209.202.75.74). Logging in does not require any personal details. There are many other benefits for logging in to Wikipedia. For now, if you are stuck, you can type {{helpme}} on this page and an experienced Wikipedian will be around to answer any questions you may have.
Please note these points:
- Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.
- Please use a neutral point of view when editing articles; this is possibly the most important Wikipedia policy.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add unreasonable contents into any articles, such as: copyrighted text, advertisement messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Both adding such unreasonable information and editing articles maliciously are considered vandalism.
The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, ask me on my Talk page. I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. Antonrojo 18:05, 6 June 2006 (UTC)

This IP has been a constant vandal and has not offered much if any in way of contributing to WP. The IP belongs to the Uni. Of Windsor in Canada and after all the bans only 1 person has been affected providing it wasn't the vandal pretending to be a useful person here. I recommend a permanent ban on this IP until such time when valid users are known. --Scott Grayban 17:38, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
- There was only one person that complained that used this IP which leads to think that its not really a pool and assigned to a specific computer that is accessed at certain times when the vandal can use it. Teacher, Prof., or Administrator's computer? The contributions have been minimal at best so a permanent ban really wouldn't hurt here. The only valid contributions have been made by User:AeomMai and only small additions to current articles. The rest have all been vandalism. This is just a observation and opinion. --Scott Grayban 17:56, 10 April 2006 (UTC)

Consider Permanent Ban
I don't mean for an unblock, but I need to get your attention. This IP isn't coming fromt he U. of Windsor, it's comnig from a computer lab in a highschool in windsor, where I believe all the computers are pooled on a single network. Any imature high school student has access to these comptuers and wikipedia and as such I highly consider that you invoke a permanent ban on this IP. The serious users (Such as myself) could very easily go to a library or use a home computer to make wanted edits.
Please, consider a permanent block on this IP, to keep Wikipedia honest, neutral, and informative. --User:Syphon 18:19, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
- I think permanently banning an entire computer lab in a high school is a horrible idea. I think a better idea is to monitor this IP, and as soon as it starts vandalising, give it a 45 minute block or so. That should pretty much cover the entire period. B.Mearns*, KSC 16:36, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
I agree. Have a look at the "contributions' from this IP. It is obvious that all the warnings and temporary bans are achieving nothing. Permanent ban now. ComaDivine 00:06, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
