[edit] Eucalytus Edits

The issues in Sonoma County are NOT off base, they go diretly to the false statements that the Eucs are being replaced. The Lakeville Eucs are NOT being replaced, they are being eradicated. You should have educated yourself first. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.54.15.51 (talk) 03:49, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

I never said your contributions were incorrect. I removed them because they don't improve the article. We're talking about an iconic Australian genus of over 700 species, with an immensely long and complicated taxonomic history, well-studied biogeography and ecology, numerous economically important uses in horticulture, chemistry and timber production, and many significant cultural references. And you want to waste 100 words on the removal of a single stand? You may feel strongly about it, but in the wider scheme of things it is utterly irrelevant. Hesperian 05:37, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
