Welcome...

Hello, 208.48.40.250, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.

I hope you enjoy editing Wikipedia and would echo Kathryn's suggestion below about setting up an account. Also, you might consider using the 'Preview' button rather than saving all your minor corrections: it leads to a shorter edit history for the article, amnd is easier for people to see what changes have been made. Do message me or anyone else editing the Wiccan/Neopagan articles - you can do so by editing my talk page (the link next to me signature.)

Again, welcome! Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 11:38, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Imbolc, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. This is especially important when dealing with biographies of living people, but applies to all Wikipedia articles. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are already familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add your original reference to the article. Thank you. Please read the article and talk page before making more changes. Though you sourced one to a Neopagan book, other additions ("Pendragon day", etc) were unsourced and sound rather odd to me. Also, we do not need to make major overlap between articles. Many of the details you added are already covered, and usually by more scholarly sources, in the linked articles. Your interest is appreciated, but I'd encourage you to do a bit more reading before editing. Thanks. - Kathryn NicDhàna 22:02, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

OK, you need to read the Wikipedia Manual of Style. You are wasting your time by going around changing capitalization on all these articles, as well as the time of people who are having to change it back. Please familiarize yourself with the MOS guidelines before attempting to reformat any articles. You also need to brush up on the Reliable Sources and External Links policies, as you are adding content, references and links that are just getting removed by those familiar with the article subjects. You also appear to be doing a bit of edit-warring on Wiccan Rede. Please discuss any proposed changes to articles on the talk page first, so experienced editors can help you. Do not just revert their corrections. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but you need to do some learning right now, as you are creating a lot of work for the people who are correcting your mistakes. I would also suggest getting an account. Thanks. - Kathryn NicDhàna 22:50, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
