[edit] Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 05:28, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Nesting in Blair Witch external links
- Sorry, sometimes I forget that the terms we use here are often confusing to the relative newcomers. Let's say I go to the Blair Witch official site. If there are links within that site that goes to Elly Kedward or the Rustin Parr links, the latter are considered to be nesting links within the primary link of the official site. What that means is, if I can get to the other links via the nest link (the official site), we don't need to have the links within listed separately. Readers going to the nest site will find the nesting links. Does that make more sense?
- It looks like another editor moved on it already. Let's try it this way: go through the links that existed before the were removed, as noted here. If all the links that were deleted are nesting links, then there is no more need to do anything. If the links were independent (and weren't in violation of WP's external links policy), then say so on the discussion page. Give folk time to comment, as the best way to avoid being reverted is to convert people to your way of thinking. I hope my comments help. - Arcayne (cast a spell) 09:50, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
