[edit] "Edit warring to insert defamatory text"

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "Complete and utter crap! It is NOT defamatory because it is true and provable. References were cited proving all statements to be true. The references quote the subject both directly and indirectly as quoted in a newspaper interview he gave. Removing verified and factual information is censorship. The Railpage members removing it are the page vandals. None of the organised group of Railpage members trying to censor the article gave one reference supporting their outrageous claims. Wikipedia ought to be ashamed of itself for swallowing the rubbish being fed to the discussion by Railpage."

Decline reason: "Clear edit warring. No evidence of any attempt by you on the article's talk page to reach a consensus. Please also see WP:RS. Sandstein, you are welcome to override my decision if you or the blocking admin believe it appropriate to do so. — Yamla 17:39, 26 February 2007 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

Please stand by as I evaluate the situation and, if necessary, contact the blocking admin. Sandstein 17:37, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
I agree with Yamla. You are not blocked for the content, which I couldn't care less about. You are blocked for edit warring. Incidentally, the website appears to be non-notable anyway; I'm going to nominate the article for deletion. Sandstein 17:42, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
