I have re scanned your ports and you apppear to no longer be an open proxy so your now unblocked, sorry you where blocked before but open proxies are really horrible things, it appears your ISP rotated your ip on to an ip previosly used by an open proxy, again i apologise for the inconvince and welcome you to wikipedia!
