Sorry if I erred. The faculty/administration divide has been widely reported in local papers and I think potential students should be alerted to the fact that the quality of teaching and instruction there has demonstrably declined. Would it help if I re-worded the paragraph and cited published accounts of the troubles?

I removed the paragraph about Lander being in a "time of troubled transition..." which is clearly not a neutral point of view and is unprofessional. Please refrain from using this space for such purposes.
