Hi. Jason Fortuny didn't redirect anything; we Wikipedia editors did. It was decided that there wasn't enough information on Fortuny himself to warrant an article; he's really only known for his so-called prank. At least at the time, there wasn't enough information on that for a full article either, so it ended up with a paragraph in the Internet privacy article.
